Season 8 got off to a roaring start last night with the premiere episode, Where the Streets Have No Name. Things were shaken up in the opening moments when Daddy Dave decided to remove himself from the number one spot. Tired of being accused of riding on other racers’ coat tails, he chose to climb back up from the bottom using his own, brand new monster of a car: the Goliath 2.0. With a new vacancy, Murder Nova slid up to number one by default (yes, again.)
Then the OKC was back to doing what they do best: betting big and burning rubber. The list was shaken up again as drivers clawed their way closer to the top. And with Big Chief and Daddy Dave sitting at the bottom of the list, both rocking fresh supercars, you know this truly is the strongest 405 team to date!
We also met Jeff Lutz, a new driver who has found his way to OKC, looking to run the city. And boy did he blow Farmtruck away with his entry race.

Synopsis: No contest here. Monza had him by about 7 car lengths.

Synopsis: Newcomer Jeff Lutz blasted out of the gate, taking the list gatekeeper by several car lengths.

Synopsis: Despite a slippery right lane, Boosted came out hard, only slipping back a single car length on Dominator.

Synopsis: In his new car, Doc pulled a punch getting across the line first. There was some controversy about whether or not he crossed the center line, but review footage came out on his side. Doc is the new #1.
